Manning Out of School Care
Program
Our program offers a child centered approach providing opportunities to learn through play for children ages 5-12.

Learning Through Play
Children naturally love to play. The enjoyment and learning that takes place through their play experience is essential to their growth and development. It is through play that children learn about themselves and the world around them. Therefore the opportunity for play is a key aspect of the Out of School Care Program. Our program builds on this natural approach to learning. There will also be opportunities for quiet time and homework.

Program Philosophy
The Manning Regional Childcare Association believes that a high quality early childhood program provides a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of young children while responding to the needs of families. The MRCCA operates as a non-profit organization and requires parent representatives to sit on the Board.

Late Fees
Children must be picked up at the arranged time. In case of emergency, it is the parent responsibility to call the center and inform them of the situation. If the parent fails to call, they will be charged $5 for every 15 minutes of portion thereof after the arranged pick up time.
