About This Program
At Out-of-School Care, children can unwind, explore, and thrive beyond the school day! Our program is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment that bridges school and home. With a mix of enriching activities, creative play, and homework support, we encourage children to build friendships, discover new interests, and develop independence. Our caring educators fosters a positive space where children feel valued and empowered. At Out of School Care, we believe every child deserves a place to relax and enjoy time before and after school!
DID YOU KNOW?
Eligible families can apply for child care subsidies if they have children in full-time kindergarten or grades 1 to 6 enrolled in a:

licensed facility-based child care program

family day home program overseen by a licensed family day home agency

group family child care centre
Subsidy rates vary based on family income, the child care program and the number of hours a child attends each month. Types of subsidies include:

subsidy for children in full-time kindergarten enrolled in a licensed program outside of regular school hours

subsidy for children in Grades 1-6 enrolled in a licensed child care program
-
extended hours subsidy for children who require care outside regular hours
Benefits for Families
Snacks provided (afternoon snacks every day and morning and afternoon on PD days)
Children are escorted to and from MAC (Manning Aurora Composite School)
Subsidy available depending on family income
Drop-in childcare available
Year end income tax receipt will be issued.
Pay only for the days you need childcare
